review generation and review request systems
customer communication follow-up systems
CRM and automation setup
customer engagement messaging
reputation monitoring and related consulting services
related digital marketing support services
Specific deliverables, pricing, and scope of services may be outlined in a separate proposal, invoice, onboarding document, service agreement, or subscription plan.
3. Eligibility and Use of Site
By using our Site or services, you represent and agree that:

if you are acting on behalf of a business, you have authority to bind that business to these Terms

4. Pricing, Billing, and Subscription Terms
Review Chief offers services on a monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
By purchasing services from Review Chief, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for:
monthly subscription fees
any applicable setup fees
any other charges you expressly authorize
Subscription fees will recur according to the billing schedule presented at the time of purchase unless and until your service is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to change pricing, fees, or service packages at any time upon reasonable notice, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
5. Setup Fees and Refund Policy
Any setup fee charged by Review Chief is non-refundable.
All payments made to Review Chief are non-refundable once payment has been processed, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by Review Chief in writing.
This means:
no refunds will be issued for monthly subscription charges already processed
no refunds will be issued for setup fees
cancellation of service does not create a right to reimbursement for prior payments
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services at any time, but 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel recurring monthly services.
To cancel, you must submit your cancellation request in writing to:
service and billing may continue during the 30-day notice period
cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for payments already processed
any outstanding balances remain due and payable
Review Chief may continue to provide services during the notice period unless otherwise agreed
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and timely information reasonably necessary for Review Chief to deliver services. You are responsible for:
maintaining accurate account and billing information
providing access, credentials, approvals, or business information as needed for service setup and performance
obtaining any necessary permissions or consents from your own customers, leads, or contacts where required by law
ensuring that your business practices, messaging, promotions, and communications comply with applicable law and platform policies
reviewing and approving materials, messaging, campaigns, or automations where applicable
Review Chief is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or performance issues caused by incomplete information, lack of cooperation, third-party platform restrictions, account suspensions, or circumstances outside our control.
8. No Guarantee of Results
You understand and agree that Review Chief does not guarantee:
any specific number of reviews
any specific increase in star rating or review volume
any specific Google Business Profile ranking or search result placement
any specific increase in leads, sales, conversions, revenue, or customer retention
uninterrupted delivery or availability of third-party platforms, messaging providers, or review platforms
Results vary based on many factors outside our control, including customer behavior, market conditions, competition, platform rules, business responsiveness, service quality, and third-party provider performance.
9. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Review Chief LLC related to customer care, follow-up, and promotional/marketing communications.

customer care messages
appointment reminders and follow-up messages
support or account notifications
service-related updates
promotional and marketing messages regarding Review Chief services

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that campaign unless you opt in again.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIEW CHIEF LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVIEW CHIEF’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO REVIEW CHIEF FOR SERVICES DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Review Chief LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

your breach of these Terms
your violation of applicable law
your infringement of any rights of a third party
your failure to obtain legally required consent from your own contacts, leads, or customers
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
